Today I’m sharing what the Amish eat after their church services! Peanut Butter Spread . #amishmennonitestylefood
Amish Peanut Butter:
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Marshmallow Cream
1 cup light corn syrup
a little bit of maple syrup (optional)
In mixing bowl, combine the ingredients. I find using a butter knife is the easiest and least messy way to mix it! Enjoy!
You can store it in the fridge for a while, but bring to room temperature before eating. Makes 1 1/2 cups
"Buppli" Soup
3 T Butter
Bread
about 1 1/2 cups of milk? Add more or less if you want.
Melt butter until browned. Add milk and heat until almost boiling.
add Bread until it seems like the right consistency.
