Cheese Its
8oz cheddar, shredded
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter, cubed
2 tbsp milk
bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes

Ritz peanut butter crackers
1.5 cups flour
2.5 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cubed
1/2 cup cold water
1 egg, beaten + 1 tablespoon water
a few pinches salt for topping
Peanut Butter Filling:
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional)
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes

Potato Chips
5 large potatoes,sliced, soaked and dried
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
400 for 15-30 minutes

Granola Bars
2 cups organic oats
1.5-2 cups add ins(choc chips, raisins, nuts, seeds etc.)
1/2 tsp chinese 5 spice or other spice
1 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla

Fruit Snacks
1 cup blended fruit

3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp lemon juice

Fruit leather roll ups
3 cups fruit puree
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2-3/4 cup honey
lowest oven temp possible for 6-8 hours

Protein Muffins
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes

Marshmallows

Allow gelatin to bloom in water. Meanwhile heat up 3/4 cup water, 3/4 cup maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Combine hot maple syrup mixture with gelatin mixture and whip on medium speed for about 8-10 minutes. The mixture should turn white and fluff up somewhat stiff, make sure not to overmix or you'll be left with a rough looking mountain of fluff that won't spread or smooth out.
Pour quickly onto a parchment lined baking sheet and let set in the fridge for about 1 hour. Dust with arrowroot powder or powdered sugar after slicing. They will keep in the fridge for 7-10 days.

Hot Chocolate Concentrate
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
mix and store in the fridge. Add 1-2 tbsp to warm milk or to your liking.
