✨Rebounding workout for beginners, plus a word on rebounding without shoes.
Hey everyone! Here's a short workout to help you get a feel for your rebounder. You're encouraged to jump with or without shoes, as both allow you to get a great workout in. For any pain or discomfort felt in the feet when going barefoot, shoes will offer needed support and are also a great idea for longer, higher intensity jumping. Moving on your rebounder barefoot though can overtime strengthen the muscles of your feet, ankle, and calves so if that's a goal for you, do consider ditching the shoes every now and then. Either way the choice is yours. Simply listen to your body as you move and adjust as needed.
