📋 INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup mashed banana
- Cinnamon, turmeric and ginger powder (optional)
- 4 tablespoons of chia
- 5 tablespoons of peanut flour (or almond flour)

Makes 18 servings, each with 35 calories, 3g of carbohydrates (2g of fiber), 1g of protein and 2g of fat, approximately.
