Had to replace the door latch assembly due to the door latch getting stuck in the closed position, making the door not close. It started working again the next morning, but I went ahead and replaced it so that the door does not get stuck in the closed position. Much cheaper to be able to remove it while the door will open. The latch assembly should be original to the car. Got one from the closest Toyota dealership parts department. For the rest of October they are having a special 25% OFF Toyota parts when ordered online. I set mine for pickup and got it the next day. Not sure if you get the discount if you go up there in person to buy the part or not. But I did save about 80 dollars on their original price and that made it the same price as the local aftermarket parts stores for the non OEM part. I could have saved about half the money and ordered one from Amazon, but from the few that actually had reviews and some of the reviews being bad, I do not trust all 5 star reviews on Amazon, I wanted to get one that would definitely work.
