20 jams incorporating this same collection of modules! I'm pretty proud of making it this far into the month without changing up the rig significantly.

Tonight I was playing with ratchetting envelopes and getting sort of snare roll effects. I had started with pinging the filter, but this proved to be a little too inconsistent. The primary rolling voice is thus one half of MCF self-oscillating with volume controlled by QARV channel 1 as a snappy AD envelope. This is triggered mostly by the internal clock of the SQ-1, but is triggered by the rise output of QARV channel 4 as a fast LFO with randomly modulated decay times. This is done via one half of uO_C acting as a switch, which is triggered by the CV output of the SQ-1. The second voice is the other half of MCF self-oscillating as a sine wave with pitch controlled by the other half of uO_C in the Carpeggio applet, arpeggiating a maj 7 chord over 4 octaves. The final sound is the primary output of the Benjolin. This is the "pwm" output through the filter, which is a strange comparator circuit that ends up sounding like the combination of both oscillators plus some side bands. I love the tones this can spit out depending on the ratios between the two oscillators and the resonance and frequency of the filter. The filter frequency and the ratcheting voice's volume are modulated by a small chaotic core using QARV channels 2 and 3. These are in bipolar LFO mode cross modulating one another's frequencies subtly, and finally run through each other's VCA input to produce a copy of each LFO amplitude modulated by the other. Everything is run through uBurst for some synced delay and a touch of reverb. This is still fun for me, let me know if you're enjoying it!
