Section B - composite installation of the AM2, AM2S and AM2E from the pre-assessment manual

In this video, I talk you through Section B - Composite Installation

Maximum time allowed 8hrs 30mins for AM2 and 10hrs for AM2S and AM2E.

You will be allowed a minimum of 15mins to read this section of the candidate manual and prepare for assessment.

I start by talking through the COMMON ERRORS secretion and then move on to the wiring of the lighting circuit, with provision of a neutral at each switch.

I show you how to measure the back of a 90 degree bend in metal conduit, how to find the point where the bender starts bending, and then how to work out and bend a double set to an accessory.

I then talk about bending a bubble set first, and then bending a 90 degree bend off of that with a 50mm radius/100mm diameter. I’ve just realised that I may have written that wrong in the video 😬

Then I briefly talk about doubling connectors over and show you what you should be looking for.
