INGREDIENTS:
50 gr rice flour
300 gr multipurpose flour
50 gr white granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp baking powder
750 cc coconut milk (medium consistency)
3 tbsp suji leaves juice (for coloring) - (you can substitute with food coloring or skip them all for plain/white serabi)
METHOD
In a large bowl, except the coconut milk, mix all ingredients together,
Add in coconut milk little by little and mix until all coconut milk are used and all ingredients well combined
Set the batter aside for 1 hour
Batter is ready to be cooked in a pan
