🔔 Shrimp Jeon. (1T = rice spoon)
30 shrimp, 1 zucchini, 1T mirin, 3 pinch + 6 pinch + 2 pinch salt, 2 pinch pepper, 4 eggs, flour, cooking oil.
✨ Shrimp Jeon. (Please refer to the video for detailed recipe.)
1. Rinse the shrimp in water and remove the moisture with a paper towel.
2. Sprinkle 1T mirin, 3 pinches of salt, and 2 pinches of pepper on the shrimp.
3. Cut the zucchini.
4. Sprinkle 3 pinches of salt on each side and leave for 20 minutes.
5. Mix 4 eggs and 2 pinches of fine salt.
6. Wipe off the moisture from the zucchini with a paper towel and sprinkle with flour.
7. Sprinkle flour on shrimp.
8. Spray cooking oil on the pan, add egg-covered zucchini and shrimp, and bake.
