The forms that I use are inexpensive aluminum, size L7. This is a standard "brick", you can bake a variety of varieties and muffins.
🍴Ingredients
Opara:
30 g sourdough (starter)
300 g water
300 g whole grain rye flour
Dough:
the whole dough
500 g water*
700 g whole grain rye flour*
80 g of any jam or 40 g of sugar**
20 g salt
100 g sunflower seeds***
*If you are NOT using whole grain flour, you will need less water: instead of 500 g, pour in 400 first, and if the dough is dry, then add.
**It so happened that I need to declutter the pantry and use old jam, so I now actively add it to bread. This is optional - you can just take sugar.
***You can use other seeds (sesame, pumpkin, flax...), or not. You can also add 1-2 tbsp cumin or coriander.
