*Brownies*
1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (43g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp espresso powder
3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter
2 tbsp canola oil (or vegetable oil)
1 and 1/3 cup (265g) sugar *(divided- 1/3 cup will be melted with butter and oil)*
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla extract
~1 cup chocolate chips
*Bake at 350F (177C) for approximately 27-30 minutes (I baked mine for 27 minutes) in a 9x9 inch pan*
*Chocolate Whipped Cream:*
1/2 cup (100g) dark brown sugar
8 ounces (226g) mascarpone
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
300ml heavy cream
*I would cut this recipe in half if you're just using it for the brownies ♡*
