- Sourdough Starter 30 Gr.
- Bread Flour 60 Gr.
- Warm Water 40 Ml.
Ingredients for Dough
- All Purpose Flour 400 Gr.
- Lukewarm Milk 150 Ml.
- One Egg
- Butter (softened) 50 Gr.
- Sugar 60 Gr.
- A pinch of Salt
- Sourdough Starter (Levain) 100 Gr.
Ingredients Filling
- Two Apples
- Butter (melted) 40 Gr.
- Sugar 100 Gr.
- Cinnamon 1 Tsp.
Ingredients Icing
- Icing Sugar 150 Gr.
- Butter (melted) 1 Tbsp.
- Milk 2 Tbsp.
- Vanilla Essence 1 Tsp.
*Quantities for 12 Rolls.
*A jar with lid for levain
