The last in the series of videos looking at specific strength for the Javelin Throw. This video looks into the use of barbells to overload some of the specific drills that you may look to incorporate into your training as well as other ancillary exercises which look to connect up critical parts of the kinetic chain, relevant to the sequences of the throw itself.
