菜脯蒸鱼🐟鱼肉细白嫩滑,咸鲜适口!好吃又营养‼️😋

材料 :金凤鱼,甜菜脯,姜片,青葱,小米辣椒,蒜末

酱汁 :2勺生抽,1勺糖,1勺芝麻香油,1勺黑胡椒

装饰 :一些青葱丝

做法 :
1)将鱼洗净,摆在蒸盘上;鱼身涂上少许盐,鱼的底面放些葱段跟姜片,鱼肚&鱼身放两片姜,放进蒸15分钟
2)热锅倒入一点点油,加入剁碎菜脯炒再慢慢加少许油炒匀,再把蒜末小米辣椒一起爆香,捞出备用
3)锅留底油,把调好的酱汁倒入煮滚,放一旁备用
4)取出蒸鱼,淋上酱汁再把爆香好的的菜脯蒜末撒上,装饰葱丝即可趁热与白饭共享用。🍚

Sauce: 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of sesame oil, 1 spoon of black pepper

Decoration: some shredded shallots

Practice:
1) Wash the fish and place it on a steaming tray; coat the fish body with a little salt, put some green onions and ginger slices on the underside of the fish, put two slices of ginger on the fish maw & fish body, and steam for 15 minutes
2) Pour a little oil in the hot pan, add the chopped preserved radish and stir-fry, then slowly add a little oil and stir well, then saute the minced garlic, millet and chili together, remove and set aside
3) Leave the bottom oil in the pot, pour the adjusted sauce to a boil, set aside for later use
4) Take out the steamed fish, drizzle it with the sauce, sprinkle the sauteed preserved radish with minced garlic, garnish with shredded green onions, and use it with the rice while it is hot. 🍚
