點解又梳打又泡打粉?
講真~唔知,師傅教落咁用咪用囉😆~
效果又真係好好喎就一直用~有機會拍一個冇泡打粉版本試下先~!!

材料a:
新鮮肉排 740g
梳打粉 5g
泡打粉 14g
水 少許

材料b:
生粉 16g
鹽 4g
雞粉 5g
糖 14g
熟蒜 18g
熟豆豉 25g (炸前略沖洗抺乾)
老抽 少許/或可略
⚠️註: 正常唔使落老抽手多多落左添😛😛
