I'm going to share a steamed stuffed buns with you, It is really satisfying to have home-made buns. If you would like to end up with smooth, plumped and shiny buns with juicy and tasty stuffing, then this video is just for you. I hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients:
Wrapper dough:
All purpose flour 300g
Water 155g
Instant dry yeast 3g
sugar 2g
Stuffing:
ground pork 300g
scallion, ginger and peppercorn water 100g
1 egg white
salt 4g
sugar 20g
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
half a tbsp of dark soy sauce
ground pepper
thirteen spices powder
🌟Steam after water is boiling, steam for around 15 minutes, then turn off heat. Let them stay in the steamer for another 2 or 3 minutes before taking off the lid.
