Strange way to blink an LED: Demonstrating Clock Hardware IP Blocks on the Tang Nano 9K FPGA board

This video demonstrates several clock-related hard IP blocks on the Gowin FPGA on the Tang Nano 9K FPGA development board. We use them to blink an LED and look at some faster clocks on an oscilloscope.

The Gowin EDA tools have a wizard that adds hard IP blocks to projects. We show how this works.
