1. Beat whole eggs with sugar, melted unsalted butter, unsweetened yogurt and milk in this order.
2. Shake in flour, almond pudding, and baking powder.
3. Pour batter into muffin tin, top with blueberries and bake in preheated oven at 170℃ for 25 minutes.
4. Put the blueberries and granulated sugar in a saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches 110℃. Once the mixture has reduced to a simmer, remove from heat and allow to cool to 60°C (140°F).
5. Add gelatin to cold water and blanch for 10 minutes.
6. Add the blueberry purée from (4) to the gelatin from (5) and beat with a hand mixer at high speed until fluffy.
7. Squeeze marshmallows into a squeeze bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
8. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the marshmallows, then remove excess powdered sugar and top with blueberries.
