Today's baking is a "condensed milk pound cake" made with sweet condensed milk.

Condensed milk pound cake (15.5cm x 7.8cm x 6.5cm x 2 rectangle pan )
Ingredient
160g Unsalted butter
60g Sugar
2 pinch of salt (0.5g)
190g Condensed milk
1tsp Vanilla extract
160g Soft flour
4g Baking powder
3 Egg (175-180g)
Preparation
▶Brush mold with butter or puralix.
You can cut and lay out the parchment paper.
▶Place the butter at room temperature until cold is gone.
▶Place eggs at room temperature until cold is gone.
▶Place condensed milk at room temperature until cold is gone.
▶Measure the flour and baking powder together.
