45 g light flour
45g strong flour
20 g cocoa powder


20 g cocoa powder ♢Approx. amount of granulated sugar


Oven
Preheat oven to 170°C
170° for 16-20 minutes

Baking time
Plain: Browning (light brown) on the edges of the surface is OK.
Cocoa: When the cocoa color becomes darker, it is OK.


Preparation

Bring butter to room temperature.
Preheat oven to 170°.

Recipe
You can also use only flour, but the texture will be a little less.
