I leave you info of the size of the mold I used and the ingredients of the recipe:
Mold: 18cm diameter and 7cm height.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 185g cream cheese
- 65g milk
- 45g butter
- 20g sugar (for the egg yolks and cheese mixture)
- 50g pastry flour
- 75g sugar (for the egg white mixture)
- 4g vinegar
- A dash of honey (optional)
- Butter to grease the pan
- Baking paper
