Hidefumi Namba

PROFILE
Born in Suginami Ward, Tokyo in 1974.
He aspired to become a Sushi Syokunin at the age of 20 and trained at several sushi restaurants in Tokyo.
In 2007, he became independent and opened "SUSHI NAMBA" in his hometown of OGIKUBO, TOKYO.
It is known as a reasonable, delicious restaurant, and is extremely popular, with reservations filled up a year in advance.
Moved to Tokyo Midtown Hibiya in 2018.
With the introduction of strict temperature control, the restaurant is gaining more popularity and attention than ever before.
His hobby is stream fishing.
