Ingredients 材料:
300 g peeled sweet potatoes 去皮紫薯
80 g caster sugar 细沙糖
1/4 tsp salt 盐
250 ml coconut milk 椰浆
20 g rice flour 粘米粉/大米粉
150 g tapioca starch 木薯粉
Steam over medium heat for 40 minutes
以中火蒸40分钟
60 g fresh grated coconut 鲜椰丝
1/4 tsp salt 盐
Steam over medium heat for 10 minutes
