Shevy’s Rating (8 out of 10 stars): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
NOTE: I didn’t have enough condensed milk, so I had to substitute with ½ cup almond milk which made my dough a little less thick, but they still turned out nicely.
