Vanilla sugar 15 g / 0.5 oz.
Sunflower oil 120 ml / 4 fl oz.
Milk 150 ml / 5 fl oz.
Flour 250 g / 8.8 oz.
Baking soda 15g / 0.5oz.
Juice of one lemon.
27 x 18 cm / 10.5 x 7 inch mold.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180°C.
Honey 30 gr / 1 oz.
Desiccated coconut 30 gr / 1 oz.
