- Yogurt: 100 ml
- Frozen berries
You can prepare such a simple and healthy breakfast in a jar or in a food container. In the extreme case, even a regular mug or a deep plate will do. Wash the oatmeal, throw in the container. Milk and yogurt are also sent there. Add a few tablespoons of frozen berries and mix well. Lazy porridge is left in the fridge overnight. During this time, oatmeal swell, and the berries thaw.
