The five remaining competitors leave the drag strip behind and head deep into the Arizona desert for a multi-day overlanding adventure. This leg of the challenge isn’t about votes—it’s a pure test of off-road capability, overlanding setups, and vehicle resilience.

- Tackling the Charouleau Gap: The competitors take on the rugged Arizona terrain just north of Tucson, with their first challenge being "The Step." Clearance issues put everyone’s builds to the test, setting the tone for an intense trail ride.
- Trail Trouble for Hollie: Things heat up—literally—as Hollie’s vehicle starts smoking on the trail. With a little ingenuity (and some trail-side repairs), she manages to get her rig back in action in no time.
- Overlanding Essentials: It’s not just about the trails; competitors showcase their camping setups and cooking skills in an epic overlanding challenge. From grills and smokers to a “semi-professional” chef (shoutout to bleepinlunchlady), the teams go all out. Nate from Dirt Lifestyle plays the long game with breakfast steaks, but bleepinlunchlady takes the win, securing Team Bleepin Jeep an edge.
- Halloween on the Trail: The episode brings a festive twist with some on-theme Halloween costumes from Bleepin Jeep, making this leg of the journey even more memorable.
