The final leg of this journey is packed with intense challenges, tough terrain, and the culmination of months of hard work. Only the best of the best have made it to this point, and it’s time to see who will claim the title of the 2024 Build Challenge Champion!

- Special Advantage in Play: Team Bleepin Jeep carries a well-earned advantage from their Camp Cooking victory, setting the stage for a heated final round.
- Welcome Back Robby Layton: Robby re-enters the competition with his Dodge "Bread Truck" and a chance to win 3,500 votes, keeping him in contention with the rest of the teams.
- Final Trail Challenge at Pyeatt Draw: The competitors face five progressively tougher gates on this iconic trail. While optional, completing each gate earns 500 bonus votes, and the pressure is on to see who conquers them all.
- Trail Redemption: Rudy and Colt Builds It made the journey, but their rigs didn’t make the final cut to compete. However, Colt gets a chance to take his build out on a bucket-list trail ride, showcasing the impressive work he’s done.
- Recovery Challenge: The ultimate test of each vehicle’s capability—can they handle the unexpected? This recovery challenge puts every build to the test.
- The Route to SEMA: The competitors take their rigs to the big stage at SEMA, where Ian announces the winner of the 2024 Build Challenge. With a cash prize, an epic trophy, and endless bragging rights on the line, it all comes down to this!
