125 g buckwheat flour
25gr tapioca starch
10 g psyllium husk
50 g butter or margarine
For the second dough:

2 L eggs
100 g tapioca starch
5 g salt
50 g butter or margarine
zest of one orange
zest of one lemon
half a vanilla pod
