Ingredients
Cake dough:
1.1/2 cup all-purpose flour (200g)
1/2 cup 50% chocolate powder (50g), (or nescau or cocoa powder)
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (2.5g)
1 tablespoon of baking powder for cake (12g)
1 pinch of salt
300g grated zucchini
2 whole eggs
3/4 cup of sugar (135g)
3/4 cup of oil (180ml)
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
100g of chocolate chips
Cake top:
240ml cold whipped cream (35% fat)
100g hazelnut cream (Nutella)
30g grated semisweet chocolate
Cup Size: 240ml
Dimensions of the mold/baking pan: 32 x 20 x 6 cm
Oven preheated to 180°C, bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
