Video Not Working? Fix It Now

In this video Matthew discusses the identification and edible uses of hackberry trees, including our local Southern species, the sugarberry (Celtis laevigata), as well as a few other species found across the US.

Hackberries are a major survival food for those who live near their small fruit, but the usefulness of this tree is unknown to many foragers. A tasty drink called "hackberry milk" can also be made with the fruit.
