Smokey Chicken Popsickles
Ingredients:-
• For Chicken
• Chicken 1/2 kg
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Chili powder 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
• Garam masala 1 tsp
• Cumin powder 1 tsp
• Kashmiri red chili 1/2 tsp
• Ginger paste 1 tsp
• Garlic paste 1 tsp
• Yogurt 3 tbsp
• For Mixture
• Boiled Potatoes 1 cup
• Garted carrot 1small
• Onion 1 small, chopped
• Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
• Chat masala 1/2 tsp
• Coating
• Bread slices ???
• Plain flour 1/2 cup
• Salt to taste
• chili flakes
• Water as needed
• Bread crumbs from the crust
• Oil for deep frying
Methods:-
• Cut chicken into small pieces and add to a pan. Add oil to the pan.
• In a small bowl, mix yogurt, gg paste, and all other spices and add to the chicken. Cook until chicken is fully cooked. Keep aside to let it cool down a bit so that the veggies that we are going to add later won't release their moisture.
• Add the ingredients mentioned under the heading "for mixture". Mix.
• Cut the crust of bread slices and spray water on them. then roll into thin sheets.
• Spread chicken mixture evenly and roll the bread. Insert popsickle stick.
• Mix plain flour, water and salt. Coat the bread sticks in batter and then coat in breadcrumbs (make breadcrumbs by grinding the leftover bread crust)
• Deep fry until golden brown.
• Serve
