Sea salt - as required
Coriander powder - 3 tsp
Chilli powder - 3 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Stock (liquid inside the can)
Tamarind Extract
Tamarind (50 gms) soaked in (250 ml) water
Tin fish
Coconut milk - 3/4 cup (diluted)
