- 1 and 1/2 cups *Wheat Flour* 🌾
- 1/2 cup *Besan* (Chickpea Flour) 🌾
- 1/2 cup *Pearl Millet Flour* (Bajari Flour) 🌾

### Method:
1. *Prepare the base*: Beat 3 tbsp curd and 3 tbsp oil together until smooth. This ensures a soft and moist muthiya.
2. *Spice it up*: Add 1 tbsp red chili powder, ½ tbsp turmeric, 2 tbsp coriander powder, 1-2 tbsp salt, and sugar. Mix well to create a flavorful paste.add veggies like dudhi and optionally Saragava/ Durstick leaves, methi or any other for more flavor and nutrition.
