Hello. Welcome to my channel! My name is MEGUMIN.
Today, I introduce “Japanese Tofu hamburger steak” recipe.
I don't really like summer but I like common features in the summer, such as a watermelon, a wind‐chime, clouds in the summer sky and smell after evening shower. Today I cooked summer version Japanese set meal. Even when we lose our appetite from summer heat fatigue, we can eat something light like this, can't we?Thank you for visiting our channel. INGREDIENTS- Japanese Tofu Hamburger steak-
(for 2 servings)

-Patty-
150g firm tofu
2g dried Hijiki seaweed
1 crunchy pickled plum
1 shiitake mushroom
100g ground chicken meat
50g ground pork meat
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp granulated chicken bouillon
1/2 egg
1 tbsp. Okara powder(soy pulp
powder)
some vegetable oil
1/6 Japanese radish
some scallion
some sesame

-ingredients A-
100ml Ponzu(soy sauce mixed with citrus juice)
1 sheet of 2 centimeter square Konbu kelp

-side dish-
80g pumpkin
1/4 bunch beech mushroom
some salt( if needed)
