4-6 colorful peppers
2 jalapenos (optional) (or substitute with bell pepper)
12 black olives
½ cup shredded carrots
½ cup coleslaw
¾ cup shredded cheese
8 oz (226 grams) original cream cheese
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp red chili powder or paprika
½ tsp ground cumin
4 large tortillas
