G'day all!

The Snowboarding season has come to an end for another year, so that means the 4wd Touring Season is back, so it was time to kick it off with a week long trip to the Beautiful NSW Outback. This trip starts in Bredbo in the Snowy Mountains, and heads to Mt Oxley Rossmore Station via Collie and the Macquarie Marshes, before heading along the Iconic Darling River Run from Bourke to Menindee, and then back home via Ivanhoe, Hillston and Barellan.

Part 2 follows this trip from Mt Oxley to Menindee via the Darling River Run. We head of from Mt Oxley to Bourke, before venturing out onto the Darling River Run, stopping into the Gundabooka National Park, and paying a visit to the Shindys Inn at Louth. We had then set up camp at the Tilpa Pub, before heading of to the spectacular Menindee Lakes and Kinchega National Park. We decided instead of heading back home along the highway, we would head of the black top and cut across from Menindee to Ivanhoe and then to Hillston before heading back to Sydney.

Unlike previous trips where we ran into rain and flooded roads which meant having to change our plans several times, this time round we were met with a 4 Day heatwave with windy conditions. However we got perfectly sunny days, every single day, with not a single cloud in sight. Great trip all in all!

If you haven't already, be sure to check out Part 1 for the Bredbo to Mt Oxley part of this trip.
