Training for a half marathon week 3

As I mention in the video over the past few years I have taken a step back from running to travel and focus on my eating and different activities .. so it’s safe to say my running has gone back to what it was when I first ever started ! And that’s okay :)

This series is to hold myself accountable and possibly motivate anyone watching to show we can do anything we put our minds too:)
