A few weeks ago, my reef tank faced a major challenge—saltwater ich. While some fish didn’t make it, I suspected a bacterial infection rather than the parasite itself. My clownfish looked rough, ich or brooklynella? I don't know. Today, I’m sharing a full update on the tank’s health—has the ich outbreak been controlled? In exciting news, I’ve also added new fish, including two Banggai cardinalfish, a pair of Orchid dottybacks, and a rare tank-bred multibarred angelfish! But before we get to that, my sea urchins have become a problem, tearing up my macroalgae, so it’s time for them to move. Plus, I’ve introduced stunning new corals, including a Lobophyllia and brain corals. Watch as I showcase these amazing additions and see how they settle into the reef.
