Travel LINE 4 SANTIAGO CHILE METRO, Tobalaba - Plaza Puente Alto, by train Alstom AS2002
Episode of 'ANDO EN METRO' (RIDING METRO, in English) with the complete journey of Line 4 of the Santiago de Chile Metro, section 'Tobalaba - Plaza de Puente Alto'. This line is one of the most important in the city, serving the public of the communes of 'Providencia', 'Las Condes', 'Ñuñoa', 'La Reina', 'Peñalolén', 'Macul', 'La Florida' and 'High Bridge'.
Line 4 of the Santiago Metro was inaugurated in 2005 (and a section in 2006), with areas that are in a tunnel (section 'Tobalaba - Grecia' / 'Vicuña Mackenna - Vicente Valdés' / 'Las Mercedes - Plaza de Puente Alto') , trench next to a highway ('Los Presidentes - Macul' section) and an elevated viaduct with beautiful views of the city ('Rojas Magallanes - Protectora de la Infancia' section).
All the trains correspond to 'Alstom AS2002 Metropolis' trains built in Brazil, between 2005 and 2010, there are 72 trains with 3 cars each.
In the video we see the infrastructure of the stations, the existence and explanation of the express routes at rush hour, the exterior and interior of the trains, in addition to understanding the flows and the social importance of the Metro line. We have beautiful views of the stations, of each section including an area where the train is next to the 'Cousiño Macul' vineyard and another area where you can see the Andes Mountains from the train.
