Ingredients:
250g of neck beef
250g of beef from plekka
250g of veal from the neck
150g tallow
100g of lamb
Salt, pepper
Baking soda
Pure beef and mutton bone broth (for coating)
Instructions:
Mix all types of meat with spices and baking soda.
Shape the kebabs and let them sit in the fridge.
Bake the kebabs on the grill or in a pan, coating them with the broth while baking.
Serve with Travnik buns and onions.
