The tribunal investigating sexual harassment allegations against Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge has taken a dramatic turn. Mbenenge’s defence counsel accused Andiswa Mengo, the woman behind the claims, of sanitising their interactions. Some have criticised the cross-examination style of advocate Muzi Sikhakhane.
