Video Not Working? Fix It Now

It was indeed a great weekend trackside after weeks of crappy & cold weather.

On Saturday, Mike (6000csx) and myself took advantage of some great weather and headed to the CSX River Line. As usual, we started at the Mine Dock Park at Fort Montgomery, NY (River Sub CP-43). Action during the morning hours was quite busy with numerous regular trains and then gradually became spread out. We also checked out a few new spots, including the north overlook of Iona Island, beautiful spot! Also in the video were a couple of ships passing through as well as some military helicopter flying over, as West Point of U.S. Army is a few miles north of where we were.

The next day, after we heard about the New York Central heritage unit coming into Massachusetts on Pan Am Southern 28N, we headed over to the Pan Am freight line in northern Mass. Also, Nate (Conrail Rail Videos) tagged along with us for this. The trip was well worth it, and we even get to chase the train at a few spots. The trains on this line are relatively easy to chase as the speed limit for the most part is about 25 mph (Last year I rode the Autumn Express and found out how quick the trains go).

Again, great weekend!

**Note: I'm really really NOT GOOD w/ train symbols. I try to get as many as I can through my scanner or asking other railfans around me (if any).**
