In his video, he talked about two kinds of entrepreneurs - the ones who focus on building products and the ones who focus on gaining influence.

I believe there are also two ways of making art business: (1) produce-based strategy and (2) influence-based strategy. The former is more suitable for highly skilled artists who wish to work with institutions in the fine art world. The later is more popular among young artists who are native to digital social media.
