1998年横浜生まれ。本名・今野玲央。横浜インターナショナルスクールで9歳の時に箏と出会う。14歳で「全国小中学生箏曲コンクール」グランプリ受賞。16歳で「くまもと全国邦楽コンクール」史上最年少 最優秀賞・文部科学大臣賞受賞。
2017年日本コロムビアよりメジャーデビュー。2019年 「第29回出光音楽賞」、「第68回神奈川文化賞未来賞」受賞。東京藝術大学在学中。

Born in Yokohama, Japan in 1998. He first encountered the koto, a Japanese stringed musical instrument, at the age of 9 while attending the Yokohama International School.At 14, he won the Grand Prize in the All Japan Koto Competition for elementary and junior high school students. At 16, he became the youngest musician to be awarded the Grand Prize by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in the Kumamoto All Japan Hogaku Competition which is a Japanese music competition.
He made his major debut in 2017 with his first album, "Leo 1st."In 2019 he received the "29th Idemitsu Music Award".
