My approach to fitness is sustainable and is a mixture of different routines – calisthenics, interval training, strength/weights training, cardio, sport-based training, flexibility and more. With these, I’ve trained my metabolism to work hard for me so I don't need to go on restrictive diets and I'm never bored.
I help transform moms from feeling weak, sluggish, and out of shape to feeling strong, energetic, and confident through diverse, simple, and effective workouts so they can live their life to the fullest and enjoy the food they love!
