Located in metro Atlanta, our team of 14,500+ #DeKalbDifferenceMakers prepares 92,600+ scholars in 135 schools for success as lifelong learners and responsible global citizens! This includes 68 elementary, 18 middle, and 18 high schools, 23 specialty schools and centers, and 8 charter schools.

To support the academic, social, and emotional growth of our scholars, we offer more than 50 specialized programs and we are one of the few districts in Georgia offering free adult learning opportunities, including GED preparation and English as a Second Language (ESL) programs.
