While this channel has started as a resource for my students, then as a way to teach some cross training to Taekwondo fighters, it later became much more. As I transitioned from a Taekwondo and BJJ Fighter to become an MMA coach, my channel reflected this change.
Now I just do what’s fun for me as a martial arts nerd by studying elite fighters, continuing my own development as a martial artist, and using that knowledge in developing a systematic approach to fighting under modern training methods and principles.
