Light of the Azhar

Shaykh Salih al-Ja'fari, the Imam of the noble al-Azhar mosque, was often referred to as ‘The Scale of the Scholars’ and ‘The Light of the Azhar’. One of the greatest facets of the Shaykh’s legacy is the importance of acquiring and acting upon beneficial (religious and spiritual) knowledge. It is with this in mind, that we endeavour to share the scholarly and spiritual works of Shaykh Salih al-Ja'fari with the world, by translating them into English and various other languages.

Light of the Azhar is hosted and run by students of Shaykh Salih al-Ja'fari.
