12 Black Lace Roses

Hello fellow creators. I am a book maker, thread artist, sewist, and paper rescuer. I started 12 Black Lace Roses to offer makers a unique perspective into my thoughts, processes, and experiments. I have always been a maker. Creating is what I do. More importantly, my goal is to give you courage to craft without doubt. No two people were made alike for a reason. I believe we all have a unique style that we sometimes hold back. I'm talking about the little voice that tells you, "No, that's too different," or when you hesitate because no one has done it that way before, or when you pull back because that seems a little crazy. I hope to encourage you to push past those boundaries, to make what you really want to make, and to challenge the "norm." I hope you find something here that adds fuel to your fire. I hope you make what's really inside of you. And, I challenge each crafter to create fearlessly from the heart.
